Chris Duckett - Lead editor, podcast manager, and everything else

Chris Duckett is a geek, Musician, editor, entrepreneur, husband, dog and cat dad, and much more. He's been involved with live, pre, and post-production for over 20 years teaching himself along the way. He's been editing podcasts as a part of Duckett Production Services for over 3 years and is blessed to have a core group of clients with whom he gets to work with on their passion projects. He's developed and mastered not only how to edit these podcasts but has helped launch multiple podcasts and regularly consults with them to push them forward toward a final product that both he and the client can be proud of. His clients would call him a bit of a perfectionist and someone who emphasizes the importance of a quality product and that the process for that starts before you hit record.

His background in live audio/video/lighting production gives him an edge against other editors with his ability to think on his feet to find simple methods to maximize impact for better tool usage and getting the most out of what you have.

He's passionate about his work, loves to partner with passionate people, and you can hear and see it in the end result of what he produces.

He can facilitate production logistics from start to finish, from concept to going live, and offers services including Audio and Video editing, technical support for tools that are being used, posting and prepping blogs, and uploading content to their hosts for distribution. Other services such as transcription, detailed content editing, and more are available upon request.

His current favorite tools to capture and record content remotely include Cleanfeed.net and Riverside.fm but has extensive experience working with files from every platform imaginable including SquadCast, ZenCastr, and Zoom. He edits almost exclusively with Apple software including Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro.
